Workshop description:
The overall aesthetic of ATS® is characterized by its beautifully uplifted posture, poise and strong elegance. Working on fast and slow movements from the FCBD® repertoire, this workshop will focus on upper body carriage, graceful arms, hands, smooth transitions, and embellishments, looking at ways to add fluidity, femininity and grace to your dance. With plenty of drills and group dance time!
