Workshop description:
The experienced dancer is who seems to float through spins and turns. Many things can potentiate the technique for performing turns: focus, balance and center of gravity strength. Let’s focus on these topics as well as work with and around vertical alignment, learning how to design weight to create shifts, dynamic twists, slow twirling technique and more.
