Workshop description:

It’s easy to get caught up in our heads in both daily life and dance. ATS® has the amazing capacity to lift us up, ground us, help us connect with others and open our hearts! This fun and explorative workshop will cover exercises, dynamic movements and group improv, enabling you to be fully present and in the moment, to connect, and find your own personal strength when you need it most.

All levels welcome (An understanding of the ATS® fundamentals is helpful)
