Workshop description:
In this workshop, we will review fundamental sword moves, revisit a few navigational techniques with proper sword release and inertia breaks. Participants will learn ATS® sword combinations, which will include hand/guard transitions, arm, free, and balanced positions. Once the combinations are introduced and drilled, participants are guided with creative navigation through different ATS® formations: Duet, Trio and Quartet.

Props: Please try to bring your own sword. However, at the studio there are a few swords to lend to dancers from abroad that cannot travel with this prop.
